Kimm Kessinger is the owner and founder of Abilities in Action. Kimm has BA degree in special education and a masters in educational administration. She has 30+ years of professional experience working with children and adults with cognitive delays in a school, residential, workshop and community based setting. Kimm's passion for working with individuals with disabilities sparked a very short retirement from Crawford County Board of Development Disabilities where she was responsible for starting and supervising the habilitation, service/support, employment and recreation departments as well as chairing the behavior support review team for the county. Kimm is a CARF surveyor and a COPE instructor.
